An unmoderated teleconference that descends into cacophony when so many people talk at once that it becomes impossible to hear anyone's comments amidst the chaos, as in "I cannot stand calling in to his stupid caconferences anymore - I get the biggest headache from all of those people shouting at one another, trying to be heard at the same time."
